We have started our business in the name of SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES with the strength in single digit and today it has grown to the strength of 6000 Personnel with strong pillars. Ramachandraa Dalvi, lovingly called Aaba which means elder brother, is a first generation entrepreneur. Right from beginning, Ramachandraa Dalvi’s first interest has been helping people. This resulted into a venture which he transformed into a flourishing business over years. His passion for helping people discovering their skills and scouting talent for companies is inspiring. Today, Ramachandraa Dalvi continues to helm the affairs of SRE HR Services and has set ambitious plans for the organisation. His vision is to be one of the most reputable brands in the country for all-round multi-services to Corporates and MSMEs. Over years, Ramachandraa has been facilitated and won awards for his service and business acumen. He is supported by his equally enthusiastic wife, Ms. Seeta Dalvi.
Seeta Dalvi graduated in Arts and then acquired diploma in education. Starting her career as a school teacher, she emerged as caring and nurturing lady whose first love was to mentor. With company’s business growing, Seeta Dalvi decided to quit her teacher’s job and started sharing the work at SRE HR Services. Today, Seeta Dalvi virtually looks after every aspect of business while mentoring the team. She is a strict displinarian, result-focused and hands-on leader. She continues to contribute in growth of the company while managing her family of two kids and spouse.
